- W2368431040 abstract "For the traditional mining anchor and cable can't realize pressure release and energy absorption, and in order to design a kind of composite anchor cable to meet the requirements of anti-impact and energy absorption, the numerical simulation of energy absorption component thread parameter of anti-impact anchor cable is conducted. The study is aiming to determine the optimal thread sizes combination to meet the design requirements. The ANSYS software is used to do pretreatment, LS-DYNA is used to do solving and numeration, and the results analysis is conducted through orthogonal test method. All these are used to study the energy absorption effect of internal thread with different sizes. Also the effects of various factors on working resistance are studied. The results show that the parameter affecting working resistance of component most greatly is thread thickness, the second is the pitch, and the final one is the shear height of thread. The larger the thickness of thread, the greater the working resistance; The larger the thread pitch, the smaller the working resistance; The working resistance of component is the largest, when the shear height is 3 mm; the optimal thread sizes of energy absorption component meeting the design requirements are obtained through the orthogonal test analysis. The optimal thread sizes are the pitch of 10 mm, the thread thickness of 4 mm and the shear height of 3 mm." @default.
