- W2368759999 abstract "To discuss the influence of antibody of GBS Ⅲ type about mothers to their newborns. 102 health pregnant women were elected randomly; their vein blood and their fetus umbilical blood, and 62 normal newborn vein blood (aged 2～7 days) were drawn. The levels of antibody-GBS Ⅲ were detected by ELISA technique. The level of average antibody GBSⅢ was 22.47mg/L in pregnant women; 17.90mg/L in fetus umbilical blood. It was related closely between the two samples; the latter one was increased with their pregnant weeks. The level of average antibody in 2～7 day newborns was 14.85 mg/L. There were prominent differences among three groups. [Conclusions] ① Most of osculate values of antibody for GBS Ⅲ type went beyond the 2 mg/L; It hinted that the levels of antibody for pregnant women were higher in Xi'an area. The antibody offers a protective function to newborn's infection.② The antibody of newborn came from their mothers, and its levels were reduced with newborn's age.③ The value of antibody in fetus umbilical blood was related to that in mother's vein blood; and it increased with pregnant weeks. It hinted that the antibody was related to active transportation of placenta. Premature fetuses were easy to infect GBS because of lower protective antibody acquired by their mothers." @default.
