- W2368805979 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum so as to reduce its relapse rate.METHODS:A total of 120 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups:for the trial group,the rash in the Par.aff.was cauterized with electrocautery,then the patients were treated with intravenous compound glycyrrhizin 20～40mL·d-1 for 2～3 repeated courses of treatment(a course of treatment=10d),followed by oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin tablet(1 tablet each time tid)until the 3rd month after operation;while the control group was only treated with electrocautery for the rash in the Par.aff.RESULTS:In the trial group compared with the control group,the increase of CD3 was higher(11.36 vs.4.45,P0.001),the relapse rate of condyloma acuminatum was less(39 cases/50 cases,P0.05),and no significant adverse effects were noted.CONCLUSION: Compound glycyrrhizin can be used as a therapy for condyloma acuminatum for it can help elevate cell immunity CD3 value,reduce relapse rate and shorten the time of therapy." @default.
