- W2369044951 abstract "Objective Discuss the relationship betweenβ-hydroxybutyric acid and the semi-quantitative method of ketone powder for serum sample from patients with diabetes and its application value.Methods Test 36 cases of patients with non-ketotic diabetes (NDK),30 cases of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA) and 51 cases of persons with normal medical examination in our hospital by theβ-hydroxybutyric acid and the semi-quantitative method of ketone powder in serum,and observe changes of detection values ofβ-hydroxybutyric acid and ketone powder in the blood from 13 cases of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis before treatment and during treatment.Results There were significant differences inβ-hydroxybutyric acid levels between NDK group and DKA group,between DKA group and control group,and between NDK group and control group(all P0.05),the formers were significantly higher than the latters;there were significant differences in detection values of ketone powder between DKA group and NDK group,and between DKA group and control group(all P0.01),while there was no significant difference in detection values of ketone powder between NDK group and the control group(P0.05);In NDK group,the positive rate ofβhydroxybutyric acid was significantly higher than that of ketone powder(P0.01);In DKA group,theβ-hydroxybutyric acid level significantly increased before treatment,while result increase level of of ketone powder method was less than that ofβ-hydroxybutyric acid;During treatment, the level ofβ-hydroxybutyric acid began to linearly drop,while ketone powder level firstly significantly increased and then dropped.Conclusion Theβ-hydroxybutyric acid in serum had more obvious advantages than the semi-quantitative method of ketone powder in serum in the early diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis and condition monitoring." @default.
