- W2369477487 abstract "Objective To explore the effect of thymic peptide,interferon on bronchiolitis.Methods 223 cases with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into four groups:50 cases in the thymic peptide treatment group,67 cases in the interferon treatment group,50 cases in the tymic pepide combined with interferon treatment group and 56 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with a comprehensive therapy of relieving cough and asthma,nebulization,defervescence,Aspirating sputum,oxygen uptaking,and the treatment group with thymic peptide(50mg/d iv gtt,5days),α-2b interferon(50～100万U/d,im,5days),the two drug combination respectively in addition.The different recovery time of clinic symptom and physical signs was observed among the patients of four groups.Results The time need for the disappearance of fever,gasp,coughing,rales of chest and the hospitalization days of treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control respectively(P0.05).That of drug combination group is the best,and interferon treatment group is better than that of thymic peptide group.Conclusion Tymic peptide,interferon is effective in treating bronchiolitis,and thymic peptide combined with interferon treatment is the best.It's worthy of extensive application for clinic work." @default.
