- W2369763669 abstract "The nano-Fe/cenospheres were fabricated by the aqueous heterogeneous precipitation-thermal reduction method using ferrous(II) sulfate,ammonium bicarbonate,ammonium aluminum sulfate and cenospheres as main raw materials.The cenosphere particles were characterized by SEM/EDS,XRD during and after the coating process.The effect of surfactant and the rate of material inputting on forming process,morphology and phase structure was discussed.The results show that the nano-Fe/cenospheres shell-core structure composites were successfully fabricated under optimized conditions,the Fe layer is relatively uniform,smooth and compact and the Fe atoms is body-centered cubic structure with grain size of 50.2nm.Addation of surfactant improve the uniformity of powder,accelerate the formxing of coatings.With the increasing of dripping speed of NH4HCO3,the homogeneous precipitation is arosed and heaves were formed on the surface of powder." @default.
