- W2369904246 abstract "Objective To investigate dehydration heat exposure on weight of stress organ and IgG,IL- 2,IL- 6 and intervention of LBP in rats. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control,dehydration heat exposure and dehydration heat exposure + LBP. Rats were kept in a room with temperature 24℃ in control group,while the rats were exposed to heat in 32℃ in dehydration heat exposure and dehydration heat exposure + LBP group. Measure blood pressure,heart rate and body weight of all rats every day; The spleen,liver,heart,thymus,hypothalamic and pituitary gland were picked up and weighed accurately after 5 weeks dehydration heat exposure; Detection the level of IgG、IL- 2 and IL- 6 in plasma. Results Dehydration heat stress can increase the added value of weight in the first week( P 0. 05),but others have no statistical significance( P 0.05). Dehydration heat stress speed up the heart rate and elevated the SBP、DBP and MBP significantly in the rats of dehydration heat exposure group( P 0. 05),the SBP was significantly elevated( P 0. 01) and the heart rate,DBP and MBP in rats was no significantly increase in dehydration heat exposure + LBP group( P 0. 05),the MBP in the rats of LBP intervention group was significantly decreased compared to dehydration heat- exposed group( P 0. 05). Dehydration heat stress can increase the relative weight of spleen,heart,thymus and hypothalamic in rats( P 0. 05,P 0. 01); and the relative weight of pituitary gland was no significant increase in dehydration heat exposure + LBP group( P 0. 01); the relative weight of thymus,hypothalamic and pituitary gland in the rats of LBP intervention group was significantly decreased compared to dehydration heat- exposed group( P 0.05); dehydration heat stress did not affected the relative weight of liver( P 0.05). Dehydration heat stress did not affected the level of IgG,IL- 2 and IL- 6( P 0. 05). Conclusion Be dehydration heat exposure could hurt the body,and LBP could relieve this damage." @default.
