- W2369909503 abstract "In order to understand the community structure and species composition of the communities with which Arabidopsis thaliana survived,7 plots(10m×10m) at Shihezi,143 farm,Shawan,Dushanzi,Yili Guozigou,Emin and Altay in nothern Xinjiang were researched in this paper using importance value,richness index,diversity index and evenness index,and the species similarity was compared between different plots.And the niche-fitness modle was used to analyze the values of compositive niche-fitness(NF) and the restrictive factors(NFmin) of the communities with which A.thaliana survived.The results were summarized as follows:The compositions of families,genera and species were simple.The dominant species in 4 herbaceous communities in mid-Tianshan Mountains were similar,and differed from other 3 communities.The community species diversity index of Yili Guozigou was maximum,followed by Emin,and the species diversity index of Altay was low.The diversity indices of the 4 plots in mid-Tianshan Mountains were all not high,but the species similarity indices between them were high comparatively.And the species similarity indices between the 4 plots in mid-Tianshan Mountains and the 3 plots in Yili Guozigou,Emin and Altay were low evidently,but the indices between Yili Guozigou,Emin and Altay were high a little.The compositive niche-fitness values(NF) were remarkably 0.885 higher,comparing NF of different sites,there were significant differences between Shawan and Dushanzi,and between Shawan and Guozigou only.That showed that habitat suitability of the communities with which Arabidopsis thaliana survived was appropriate in northern Tianshan mountains.After analyzing,soil nourishment(available phosphorus and available potassium) and total dissolved solids were main constraint factors influencing the communities with which Arabidopsis thaliana survived,difference of plant number and importance of A.thaliana.However,water was the most determinative environmental factor.This paper also indicated that large environmental factors,such as precipitation,geography location etc.and the interspecific relations could play an important role.It had close inter-specific relationship between A.thaliana and the dominant perennial herbaceous vegetation of the communities with which A.thaliana.thaliana survived,Seriphidium kaschgaricum particularly." @default.
