- W2370137281 abstract "The field experiment was performed to research the arbuscular mycorrhizal development of QiuLingplum(Prunus salicina) grafted onto peach(Amygdalus persica) in different soil depth(0～10,10～20cm and 20～30cm),and was conducted to analysis the correlation between arbuscular mycorrhizal development and soil availble phosphorus, soil water content,or soil pH.The results indicated that with the increment of soil depth,mycorrhizal development gradually decreased.Soil water content decreased with the increment of soil depth,and soil available phosphorus increased with the increment of soil depth.The variation of soil pH did not present definite regulation.There was a significant or extremely significant negative correlation between soil available phosphorus and infected intensity of root system,infected intensity of root fragment, vesicle,arbuscle or entry point under the same soil depth.Soil water content was significantly positively related to infected intensity of root system under the same soil depth. The soil pH in the rhizosphere of plum was neutral.There was no significant correlation between mycorrhizal development and soil pH.It was clear that soil available phosphorus was a major factor restricting mycorrhizal development of plum/peach." @default.
