- W2370150159 abstract "Objective The therapeutic effect and nursing of pingyangrnyein in treatment of hemangioma of children body surface was evaluated.Methods The clinical data and nursing ways of 1658 children patients with hemangioma of body surface in which pingyangrnyein was injected between January 1997 and January 2008 were analyzed retropectively.Comsummated the notify before injection to make sure the patients to go with.Results All 1658 patients were observed for 6～12 months,averaged 10.83 months.The total effective rate was 97.09%.Compared with different type hemangioma,total effective rate and complete remission(CR) rate had significant difference(χ2=203.12,P0.01),and complete remission(CR) rate had significant difference(χ2=287.97,P0.01).The therapeutic effect of pingyangrnyein in treatment of cavernous hemangioma was better than mixed hemangioma,strawberry hemangioma and portwine stain.The therapeutic effect of portwine stain was lower than other hemangioma.54 patients caught necrotic partial ulcer of hemangioma(2.91%).The were 418 cases of fever.There were 3 cases of allergic shock.Conclusion This method is a simple,safe and effective therapy to hemangioma of children body surface.Nurses should tell the patients all notices about the therapeutic before injection.To make the therapeutic effect better,evaluating the untoward effect of pingyangrnyein and making symptomatic treatment early is important." @default.
