- W2370231918 abstract "Objective To analyze epimedium glycoside on DNA damage checkpoint ATM-chk2 channel effects and its mechanism of action of anti-aging.Methods SD rats choose 4 months and 12 months,and 20 months and 28 months each 10 only,and then select 4 months rats and only use epimedium glycoside feeding set to epimedium glycoside groups,namely take 4 months and 12 months,and 20 months and 28 months of rat bone marrow tissue for ATM-chk2 path of observation,then epimedium glycoside rats for feeding,respectively on 12 months and 20 months and 28 months,and when to take the bone marrow ATM-chk2 path and its gene protein observation,and the analysis of the results.Results 4 months and 12 months,and 20 months and 28 months SD rats ATM gene expression with months increase,had a gradual decline,different months between rats compared with significant difference(P 0.05);ATMchk2 path gene protein expression was gradually increasing,was compared between group with significant difference(P 0.05);Epimedium glycoside rats in 12 months,20 months and 28 months respectively ATM gene expression than before epimedium glycoside feeding rats increased obviously,was compared between group with significant difference(P 0.05),ATM-chk2 path gene protein expression is gradually decline,is compared between group with significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The ATM gene expression and ATM-chk2 path phase protein gene expression level and rats is directly related to the age of the moon,epimedium glycoside can effectively improve SD rats ATM-chk2 path related protein gene expression level,at the same time reduce the ATM gene expression level,in order to delay the SD rats the purpose of aging." @default.
