- W2370306301 abstract "Objective To analyse the main component of lithangiuria by infrared spectroscopy and chemical method,and to compare the clinical value of these two methods in the diagnosis and prevention lithangiuria. Methods Themain component of lithangiurias from 903cases were determined by infrared spectroscopy and chemical method respectively,and then summarized the result combining with clinical datas.Results Types of stone crystal components detected by infrared spectroscopy were significant more than types detected by the chemical method,and the proportion of consistency result from these two methods was 76.30%,with the highest detection rate of calcium oxalate stones.Compared with infrared spectroscopy,the detection sensitivity of calcium oxalate stones by chemical method was 98.34%(653/664),there was no difference between the two methods(P0.05);And the specificity was 22.59%(54/239),there was significant difference between them(P0.01).Conclusion Both of infrared spectroscopy and chemical method have clinical value to analysis lithangiuria,and the former has higher accuracy.The stone analysis methods should be chose according to the actual situation of the hospital." @default.
