- W2370697937 abstract "Basic nitrogen compounds from shale oil produced in Fushun were removed by using denitrogenation agent LCH-28,which mainly composed of Bronsted acid and Lewis acid(accounted for 0.1% to 10% of the total weight of denitrogenation agent).The basic nitrogen compounds removal rate reached to 85.2% and the corresponding loss rate of shale oil was 18.3% under the conditions of the solvent to oil mass ratio 1︰10,the reaction time 10 min,the reaction temperature 80～90 ℃,the insulation sedimentation time 180 min.Then the relationship between loss rate of shale oil and basic nitrogen removal rate was discussed.Nitrogen residue with high density submerged in the bottom,which was collected after the upper refined oil was separated by sedimentation.Nitrogen residue was treated with ammonia(mass percentage was 12.5%),and the basic nitrogen compounds were recovered by ether extraction.The quaternary ammonium salts inhibitor can be synthesized from the reaction of recovered basic nitrogen compounds with benzyl chloride,which has a good inhibition effect.In addition,the recovered basic nitrogen compounds can be cut into different distillations,which were used as raw materials of chemical industry." @default.
