- W2370794653 abstract "Objective To evaluate the relationship between the neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the expression of TS, TP and DPD. Methods Eighty-one breast cancer patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy (CMF regimen) before operation. Expression of TS, TP and DPD in breast cancer tissues obtained by mammtone mini-invasive breast biopsy technology were detected with immunohistochemistry. Results The partial response rate of patients with low expression of TS and TP was higher than that of the patients with high expression(0. 36 vs.0. 12,0. 35 vs. 0. 14,P＜0. 05),but the partial response rate of the patients with high expression of DPD was higher than that of the patients with low expression (0. 12 vs. 0. 36, P＜0.05). Patients with negative DPD expression suffered from more side effects ofⅢ-Ⅳdegree. There was no relation between the expression of TS, TP and the toxicity of chemotherapy. Conclusions The expression of TS, TP is related to the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with CMF regimen, while the expression of DPD was significantly related to the toxicity of 5-Fu and its derivatives." @default.
