- W2370822022 abstract "In order to probe the effects of the major steam-exploded lignocellulose inhibitors on enzymatic hydrolysis of chemicals-free steam exploded corn stalk,the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to study the inhibition performance of organic acids and phenolic compounds,and single factor method was used to study the inhibition performance of furan derivatives.The results show that the formic acid concentration variance shows the most remarkable inhibitory effect,levulinic acid,the second one,and the acetic acid the least one among the organic acids;Furfural is a little more inhibitory than 5-hydroxymethylfurfural among the furan derivatives;Vanillin concentration variance shows the most significant inhibitory effect,and the syringaldehyde the second one,p-Hydroxybenzaldehyde is the least one among the phenolic compounds." @default.
