- W2370886029 abstract "The cultivation conditions of Acetobacter aceti were optimized to increase the ALDH activity. The optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: incubation temperature 32 ℃, pH value 5.0,inoculum 10%, liquid volume 50 mL. Under these conditions, the ADLH activity was 0.893 U/mL. Then the enzymatic properties of the crude enzyme were detailed studied. The results showed that: the optimal pH value of ALDH was 6.0; ALDH was stable in the pH range of 5.0~6.0; optimum temperature of ALDH was 50 ℃; thermal stability was good between 25 ℃ to 45 ℃. Ca2+and Al3+were the activator of ALDH,the enzyme was inhibited by K+, Na+, Mg2+, Fe2+and Ba2+, the enzyme was strongly inhibited by Mn2+and Zn2+." @default.
