- W2371124246 abstract "Objective To investigate the current status of job satisfaction in high-level talents in Sichuan and to understand their psychological needs,so as to provide the basis for making human resource policy targeting high-level talents. Methods Based on the local economic and geographic distribution,419 high-level talents at 93 public health institutions distributing in 10 cities in Sichuan were surveyed. Results The job satisfaction degree of high- level talents was low( 3. 25 ± 0. 49 points),especially in terms of the salary( 2. 88 ± 0. 59points). Male's satisfaction was higher than that of female; the satisfaction of those aged 51 and above was the highest; the longer engaged in relevant work,the higher of the satisfaction. The satisfaction was higher in the area with low economy level than the higher the income. However,the satisfaction level of those with salary of15 000-20 000 RMB was lower than those with 100 000-150 000 RMB. Conclusion The job satisfaction of the high-level talents in Sichuan public health institutions is relatively low and thus well- matched salary system should be developed." @default.
