- W2371227675 abstract "A new highly sensitive high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with fluorescence detection method for determination γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in germinated rice germ was developed by precolumn derivatization of GABA with ortho-phthalaldehyde(OPA).GABA was determined on Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase of acetate sodium(0.05 mol/L) and methanol(60∶40),with detection wavelength λex= 338 nm,λem =430 nm.The linear range of the method was 0.10～1.0 μg/mL.The lower limit of detection was 0.005 μg/mL.The inter-and intra-assav precisions were 1.36% and 2.54% respectively.The recoveries were between 98.5% and 99.8%.The method is easy,rapid,sensitive,and accurate,can be used as a standard GABA quality control of the germinated rice germ." @default.
