Firstly, “ Human Rights Movements ” and democratic policy of the Kuomintang before and after “ 9.18” made the democratic intellectual combine tentatively. Secondly, the First Constitutionalism Movement created the terms for the establishment and tentative development of the China Democratic Alliance. Thirdly, the second Constitutionalism Movement made the China Democratic Alliance go through its prosperity and setback. The development of the China Democratic Alliance gives us following enlightenments.
