- W2371302775 abstract "Z-type hexaferrite (Ba_3(Co_(0.4)Zn_(0.6))_2Fe_(23.4)O_(41)) with BST(BaSrTiO_3)additive was prepared by standard ceramic technique. We have investigated the effects of BST additive on sintering temperature, microstructure, grain size and dynamic electromagnetic characteristics in the range of 1MHz～1GHz. The results from XRD and SEM indicate that as the amount of BST increases, the major phase changes to Z-phase, simultaneously M-phase and perovskite phase appear, and the grain size increases. When the weight percent of BST additive in Z-type hexaferrite was varied from 0% to 1.5%, the BST additive not only promoted the sintering density of modified Z-type hexaferrite, but also improved complex permeability and complex permittivity. When BST=1.5wt% and the frequency was 1MHz,μ′=28,e′=100, which was much higher than μ′, e′ of the pure Z-phase hexagonal ferrite. However, ferromagnetic and ferroelectric resonance peaks shift to low frequency region." @default.
