- W2371400241 abstract "In the pilot plant of wet flue gas desulphurization, experiments of four kinds of organic acids promoting slurry desulphurization were carried out.Effects of organic acids on ions' leach, limestone utilization,SO2 absorption rate, mass transfer resistance and enhancement factor were studied. Results show that besides oxalic acid, adding hexanedioic acid, citric acid and formic acid into slurry can obviously promote the leaching of Ca2,Mn2 and Fe3.PH 5.6,leaching content of Ca2+ increases by 50.7%,41.4% and 32.9% respectively, the leaching contents of Mn2,Fe3+ also significantly increase by 100%.Mn2 forms complex compound with HSO3 that can accelerate the catalytic reaction of SO32 oxidization. At the same time,H+ concentration of reaction surface also increases and the solution rate of CaSO3 is accelerated.PH value of slurry and kind of organic acids are closely according to the gas phase general mass-transfer resistance. When ph6.0,it is the steadily increasing stage. When ph6.0,it is sharply increasing stage. When pH 5.0,the resistance of hexanedioic acid, citric acid and formic acid is respectively 45%,46% and 61% of the blank condition.SO2 absorption rate increases by 1.3%~5.6% and the effect are evidently especially when pH value is low.All in all,the order of promoting slurry ions' leach and mass-transfer from high to low is respectively hexanedioic acid, citric acid and formic acid, blank and oxalic acid." @default.
