- W2371540166 abstract "Objective To evaluate the sensitivity of five different anti-HCV enzyme immunoassay kits on the screening of positive blood samples.Methods The positive samples, diluted with different power from 1∶100～1∶1 500, were detected with different import and domestic EIA kits.Results Before diluting twenty samples can be detected with all five different kits. With the increasing of diluting power, the numbers of positive samples and detected EIA kits were decreased.There was significant difference on detection of antibodies between import and domestic kits when diluting power was 1∶1 100～1∶1 300. Conclusion To ensure the reliability of screening of blood donors, the selection of anti-HCV EIA kits should be carried out in blood centers according to the different sensitivity of import and domestic kits in primary and second screening." @default.
