- W2371625294 abstract "Objective: To explore the action mechanism of epimedium extracting solution by the change of blood calcium and serium inorganic phosphorus and BMD condition in the rabbit model of hormone osteonecrosis. Methods: Chosen animals were randomly divided into blank group( 10 cases),molding group( 20 cases). All animals for the first time in molding group were given horse serum 10 m L·kg- 1,by the rabbit ear margin vein injection,interval of 3 weeks,again by the rabbit ear margin vein injection horse serum 6 m L·kg- 1; interval of 2 weeks,were given intraperitoneal injection of methyl prednisolone,according to 45 mg·kg- 1,continuous 3 d injection 1 times a day. Each animal daily intraperitoneal injection of penicillin 100000 U,for 7 d to prevent infection during the time of injecting hormone. The animals of Blank group were given conventional breeding. After the building,randomly selected each animal in the two groups for observing pathology by dissecting,to proving the molding succeed( be executed by air embolism). Then executed 3 building animals and 1animal in blank group 1( a total of 4) by air embolism,the rest of animals in building group were randomly dividedinto model group and test group until after the last time of hormone injection. So finished the whole groups: blank group,model group,test group. each group has 8 animals. The blank group and model group were given 10 mlsaline for lavage. The test group is given 10 m L epimedium extracting solution for gavage,continuous 8 weeks,testing the blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and bone mineral density changes of the two groups after 8 weeks. Results: Afer 8 weeks,compare with the blood phosphorus of the blank group( 2. 478 ±0. 117),mmol · L- 1and the experimental group( 2. 330 + 0. 135) mmol · L- 1,The diference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Compare with the blood phosphorus of the blank group,mmol·L- 1,the experimental group mmol·L- 1and 模型组( 1. 301 ±0. 186) mmol·L- 1,they have statistical significance( P 0. 05). Compare with the blood calcium,the blank group( 1. 081 ± 0. 333)mmol·L- 1,and test group( 1. 201 ± 0. 281) mmol·L- 1,The diference was not statistically significant( P 0. 05),the blank group,test group and model group( 1. 336 ± 0. 359) mmol·L- 1( P 0. 05),the diference was statistically significant。In blank group,BMD was( 0. 203 5 ± 0. 014 8) g·cm- 2after 8weeks,higher than model group( 0. 1689 ± 0. 011 9) g·cm- 2. They have significant difference. Compare with the blank group and test group( 0. 192 3 ± 0. 008 2) g·cm- 2. They have obviously significance. Compare with BMD in blank group,test group and model group,the diference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The glucocorticoid can decrease blood phosphorus,while rise the blood calcium. Epimedium extracting solution can reduce the high blood calcium and rise the blood phosphorus by the ocorticoid." @default.
