- W2371735525 abstract "Objective:To research the relationship between TXA 2/PGI 2 and white microthrombus in primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS)patients.Methods:71 children with PNS were divided into two groups. The group 1 (n=50) was PNS without white microthrombus. The group 2 (n=21) was PNS complicated with white microthrombus.16 parameters on the situation of microvascular morphology, blood flowing and perimicrovessels of the microcirculation of the 4 th fingernail of the hand, esp. The evidence for the existence by means of WS-9 surface microcirculation detector and microscope-equipment TV.The levers of TXB 2/6-K-PGF 1a was determined by radioimmunoassay.31 health children were chosen as control group. Results:The levels of serum TXB 2 were significantly higher in group 2 than that of group 1 and control group(P 0.01 ),The ratio of TXB 2/6-K-PGF 1a were significantly higher in group 2 than that of group 1 (P 0.05 );The ratio of TXB 2/6-K-PGF 1a were significantly higher in group 1 than that of control group(P 0.05 ),The levels of urine TXB 2 and the ratio of TXB 2/6-K-PGF 1a were significantly higher in group 2 than that of group 1 and control group(P 0.01 ).Conclusion:In children with PNS,TXA 2/PGⅠ 2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of white microthrombus and renal injury." @default.
