- W2371775461 abstract "Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of XingNaojing injection on coma caused by craniocerebral injury.Methods 160 comatose patients caused by craniocerebral injury[(Glasgow coma scale(GCS),3 ～ 8] were randomly divided into two groups.All patients received routine therapy,including evacuation of intracranialhematoma,decompressive craniectomy according to operation indications,dehydration therapy to depress intracranial pressure,anti-infective therapy and supportive treatment,etal.The test group(n=80) were administrated the same treatment compared to the other 80 patiens in the control group besides receiving XingNaojing injection.And the clinical efficacy was evaluated by GCS.Results In test group,the GCS were increased significantly compared with those in control group(p 0.05).Conclusion XingNaojing injection is aneffective choice on treatment of coma caused by craniocerebral injury." @default.
