- W2371809797 abstract "CaTiO 3 ∶ Pr3 +phosphor was prepared by hydrothermal method. The structure,morphology and luminescent properties of samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and fluorescence Spectrometer. The results indicate that CaTiO 3 ∶ Pr3 +fluorescent powder has the pure phase and good crystallinity. It has a abroad excitation band with excitation peak around 323 nm and a single red emission peak at 613 nm. The effects of hydrolysis inhibitor and the concentration of NaOH solution on CaTiO 3 ∶ Pr3 +phosphors were compared. The optimum conditions for preparation were using HNO 3 as hydrolysis inhibitor and the concentration of NaOH solution for 1 mol / L. In this condition,well crystallized and homogenous distributed CaTiO 3 ∶ Pr3 +powder was obtained with best luminescent property. The average size of particle is about 500 nm." @default.
