- W2371854757 abstract "Objective assess significance of Estradiol(E2)、Progesterone(PRO) level in serum and tissue extraction of patients with uterus myoma.Methods 24 paticnts with utcrus myoma were studied(age of 34～51 years old).Their serum E2、PRO content was determined by RIA pre-and post-operation.E2/PRO ratio was calculated.So did control group of 20 cases.A piece of myoma and normal muscle tissue was taken just the time for operation and this samples were extracted;the E2,PRO level of extraction was detected by RIA.Results The serum E2 content and E2/PRO ratio of uterus myoma group was significant lower than that of control group.E2 content within tissue extraction of myoma was significantly higher than that of normal muscle,as well as the E2/PRO ratio.Conclusion For uterus myoma the abnormal E2/PRO ratio in serum may be the main factor related to that disease,and increase of E2 and imballance of E2/PRO ratio inside myoma may be the direct cause of uterus myoma." @default.
