- W2371972600 abstract "Objective To study the relationship of the WBC examined by urine analyzer and microscopy without stained respectively,therefore find out the best method to test WBC in urine.Methods 1 894 urine samples were tested by those methods above respectively. Results The percentage of sample showed abnormal stauta (﹥4/HP)tested by the mirscopy were 1.1%,howerer they were negativen tested by urine analyzer; Moreover, the volume of the samples that between 0/Hp to (normal range) after examined by microscopy without stained displayed positive(± ～ +++)by urine analyzer was 34.87%. Conclusion There is no direct ratio in testing the WBC in uring by urine analyer and microscopy without stained.The WBC test in urine by microscopy without stained can not be replaced by urine analyer." @default.
