- W2372004458 abstract "Objective:To study the distribution and flowing dynamics of perforator vessel of peroneal artery detected by color Doppler imaging in order to provide reasonable evidence for the design of location and protocol of skin flap. Methods:44 perforator vessels of peroneal artery from 25 healty volunteers were examed. The number of perforator vessel vascular initial diameter,distribution,and flowing dynamics were measured. Results:In 44 samples studied,161 cutaneous branches were found. Two to six branches were found on one specimen,and the average number of cutaneous perforators was 3.6.The perforating points of cutaneous branches mostly (81.3% case) appeared within 9～23 cm below the protruding point of head of fibula 36(22.3%),104(64.4%)and 21(13.1%)of the perforating points appeared in the upper,middle and lower part of the lower log respectively. The average initial internal diameter of cutaneous was 0.95±0.23 mm,and vascular flow peak systolic velocity was 0.17±0.08 m/s. There were no significant differences in the peak systolic velocity between left and right dominant cutaneous perforators. Male's peak systolic velocity was higher than that of female (P0.05). Conclusion:The color Doppler ultrasonography with high resolution could show the distribution and location of perforators of peroneal artery clearly,and assess the quality of the blood flow and consequantly provide scientific basis for planning skin flap." @default.
