- W2372145800 abstract "Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for urgent inconinence. Methods: We searched the literatures related to urgent inconinence treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in CNKI( 1979 ~ 2011),VIP( 1989 ~ 2011),CBM( 1979 ~ 2011),PUBMED( 1966 ~ 2011),then summarized the clinical characteristics of syndrome differentiation,acupuncture points selection method,acupuncture frequency,course of treatment and treatment effect on chronic noninfectious diarrhea by acupuncture and moxibustion. Results: The main acupuncture points chosen in the 19 articles in the frequency order were Huiyang( BL- 35. 12 /17,70. 6%),Ciliao( BL- 32. 9 /17,52. 9%),Shenshu( BL- 23. 7 /17,41. 2%),Zhongliao( BL-33. 5/17,29. 4%) and Sanyinjiao( sp- 6. 6/17,35. 3%). The percentage of electroacupuncture was70. 6%( 12 /17); treating frequency was once a day and 20 times was a therapy course. Conclusion: In treating urgent inconinence by acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture points selection by disease differentiation was the common method. The main acupuncture points applied in urgent inconinence were Huiyang( BL- 35),Ciliao( BL- 32),Shenshu( BL- 23),Zhongliao( BL- 33) and Sanyinjiao( sp- 6). In Clinical practice for treating urgent inconinence by acupuncture and moxibustion,once a day. Acupuncture and moxibustion had a good long- term effect and were better than tolterodine tartrate tablets and pelvic floor muscle training." @default.
