W2372200384 abstract "Objective:To investigate the shift of plasma TNF-α and IL-10 cytokines in patients after trauma and its clinical significance.Methods:Thirty-five patients with mechanical injury were investigated.The hemospasia in all patients was performed within 24 hours and at 3,5,7 days respecitvely after trauma,and the plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA).The relationship was analysed between the levels of IL-10,TNF-α,TNF-α/IL-10 and APACHE score,complications and prognosis in patients.Results:The drop of the level of blood TNF-α began at 5 days after trauma and peaked at 7 days after trauma.The level of plasma IL-10 exhibited fluctuated increase after trauma,while the ratio of TNF-α/IL-10 decreased constantly,and was significantly lower in patients with MODS than in patients without MODS(P0.05).Furthermore,the ratio of TNF-α/IL-10 was negatively correlated with APACHEⅡ score(r=-0.622,P0.05),and significantly correlated negatively with the rate of infection(r=-0.868,P0.01).Conclusion:The constant drop of TNF-α/IL-10 could appear after trauma,which was closely correlated with immunological function and prognosis." @default.
