- W2372241515 abstract "Objective To investigate the subhealthy state of the teachers in institution of higher learning. Method 4 109 teachers are investigated on scale of lifestyle, SCL-90 and NPI. To compare with questionnaires on hired faculties and retired teachers. Results The scale of lifestyle of the hired faculties shows that it is better than retired teachers with a significently difference(p0.01). The scale of pressure shows the pressure of hired faculties is more powerful than retired teachers with a significently difference(p0.01). The results of the SCL-90 shows the score of hired faculties is higher than retired teachers on psychology(p0.01) with an also significently difference. Conclusion The subhealthy state of hired faculties is higher than retired teachers. It were relationship on physiology,phychology, social adaptive capability." @default.
