- W2372290295 abstract "Objective To study the relationship between hypercoagulability and insulin resistance(IR) in patients with EH. Methods 86 patients with EH were included in the study and 46 healthy subjects were used as control. G,Ins were determined. Fbg,PT, PAgR,PAcR,t PA,PAI were also measured.The patients were classify into IR and NIR groups.Results Compared with control、NIR groups, Fbg、PAgR、PAcR、PAI were significantly increased in IR group ( P 0.05～0.01), PT、t PA were significantly decreased in IR group( P 0.05), while there was a microthrombi formation in IR group. PagR ware positively correlated with Fbg、PAI、INS 0( r=0.5287,r=0.5764,r=0.5129 ,P all0.05);and was negtively correlated with t PA、G AUC/I AUC( r=-0.6531,P0.01、r=-0.5281,P 0.05) Conclusion There were hypercoagulable states in EH It is the possible mechanisms of insulin resistance.Microthrombi formation was a mark under the Bradford variable projection microscopy(BVPM) and there was hypercoagulability in patients with EH." @default.
