- W2372421285 abstract "Utilizing the Dicom data and combining with the converse engineering software,a complete,real 3D finite element model for the lumbar segments(L1～L5) of human body spinal column was established.This model highly simulated the structural geometric nonlinearity of lumbar,the nonlinearity of materials and the contact nonlinearity and possesses the advantages of complete structure,high degreed measurement accuracy of spatial structure,meticulous partition of unit and stand out the focal points etc,and simulated the physiological activity of anteflexion and backward stretching of lumbar segments.The result of analysis showed that the backward stretching position of stresses of centrum and small joints and stress of pedicle vertebral arch were greater then those of the anteflexion position.The anteflexion position of the interior stress of intervertebral disc was bigger than that of the backward stretching position and all were assumed a gradually increasing trend from top to bottom.Its result could reflect a normal physiological function of the human body lumbar segments.The being established 3D finite element model of lumbar segments can be applied to the study on the simulation of biomechanics of lumbar segments of spine column so as to be applied to diagnoses and therapy on the trauma,illness of lumbar segments of spine column." @default.
