• W2372591296 abstract "【Objective】To build rat model of acute gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia and study stability of it.【Methods】168 SD male rats were randomly divided into model contrast group(group A),hyperuricemia model group(group B),acute gouty arthritis model group(group C) and acute gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia group(group D),42 in each group.A group rats were intervened by injecting saline via i.p for 1 week and then the right ankle were injected with 0.05 mL saline.B group rats were intervened by injecting Uricase inhibitor potassium oxonate via i.p for 1 week and then the right ankle were injected with 0.05 mL saline.C group rats were intervened by injecting saline via i.p for 1 week and then the right ankle were injected with 0.05mL urate sodium solution while D group rats were intervened by injecting potassium oxonate via i.p for 1 week and then the right ankle were injected with 0.05 mL urate sodium solution.At the time of 0,6,12,24,36,48 and 72 h after models were established,6 rats of each group were selected randomly to compare gaits scores,serum uric acid,articular fluid leucocytes counts and synovial membrane histomorphology. 【Results】Gaits scores of group D were higher than other groups signifi- cantly between 6~48 h(P 0.01); From 6 h to 72 h, the level of serum uric acid of group B and D were higher than group A and D significantly(P 0.01); articular fluid leucocytes counts of group D were higher than other groups sig- nificantly between 6~72 h(P 0.01) and histomorphology of group D also showed there were more severe of inflam- mation of synovial membrane and leucocytes effusion at 12 h and 48 h. 【Conclusions】Rat model of acute gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia could be build by injecting potassium oxonate via i.p and with urate sodium solution via ankle were injected, this model could maintain steady acute gouty arthritis physical signs for 48 h." @default.
