- W2372603945 abstract "Objective:To investigate the fundus changes of the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP),also to investigate the relationship between the patients' condition and the degree of the fundus lesions.Methods:Eighty six patients with HDCP were divided into gestational hypertension group(n=27),slight pre-eclampsia group(n=30),and severe pre-eclampsia group(n=29).The fundus was examined by the direct ophthalmoscope.Results:In the three degrees of the patieints(gestational hypertension group,slight pre-eclampsia group and severe pre-eclampsia group),the incident rates of the Ⅲ～Ⅳ fundus changes were respectively,and there was great significant difference among three groups(P0.01).Conclusion:The fundus pathological degree in patients with HDCP increased with the aggravation of the disease.Fundus examination of pregnant women should be used as a routine prenatal testing." @default.
