- W2372616095 abstract "This paper used two DNA fingerprinting techniquesAFLP and RAPD to detect the purity of Shanxi lean meat pigs in molecular level.It provides a relational parameter for appraising genetics stability of SD-ⅢLine. Two methods analyzing genetic distance and correlation coefficient were compared.With eight AFLP primers and genomic DNAs from 14 pigs, 101 AFLP markers were obtained.And the obtainedmarker numbers of individual primer were between 3～15.The similar index of population in Shanxi local pigs was 0.928 (0.892～0.978 ).While with fourteen RAPD primers and same genomic DNAs as above, 124 RAPD markers were obtained.And the obtainedmarker numbers of individual primer were between 4～11. The similar index of population in Shanxi local pigs was 0.943 (0.901～0.987 ).The results showed that AFLP is better than RAPD ,and both fit for genetic detection of genomic DNAs,but the pure degree of SD-Ⅲ line of the former is higher." @default.
