- W2372630456 abstract "Objective To summarize the effect of the invasive continuous positive airway pressure ventilation in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods 25 patients were to select the continuous non-invasive continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy, choice of Bubble CPAP infant ventilator. Connection stuffy nose, need to adjust the relevant parameters, which, flow adjustable (4 15LPM), the general choice of 6~8 LPM not exceed 10LPM adjustable oxygen concentration (21%~100%), generally less than 45%, not more than 60% of CPAP pressure depend on the scale tube adjustment (3~10 cm H2O), usually in the 4~8 cm H2O, the gas can be selected for the warm and wet, humidity 0.8~1.0, temperature 30~35. degree, strict monitoring children's blood pressure, the state of consciousness, peripheral circulation, respiration, transcutaneous oxygen saturation and heart rate and so on. Contrast to children with pre-treatment and 2 h after treatment, the oxygenation index PaO2/FiO2 24 h, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, heart rate and so on. Results 25 patients given non-invasive continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy, and its related symptoms were significantly improved in 24 hours which, compared with before treatment, after treatment, 2h and treatment of children with oxygenation index PaO2/FiO2 200, oxygen saturation increased significantly before treatment, the latter difference was statistically significant(P 0.01); compared with before treatment, after treatment 24 hours after 2 h and treatment of children with respiratory rate and heart rate decreased significantly, before treatment, the latter difference was statistically significant(P0.01). Conclusion Noninvasive positive airway pressure treatment in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome-related symptoms can be effectively improved oxygenation index PaO2/FiO rise gradually increased in children with percutaneous oxygen saturation, and can reduce patient respiratory rate and heart rate, the treatment of diseases in children has a vital role, it is worth to promote the use in clinical medicine." @default.
