- W2372815981 abstract "Objective To probe into the indications of different operations by analying 101 cases of multiplane facial lift with or without subperiosteal facial lift. Methods Multiplane facial lift include two superficial planes on the skin and superficial muscular aponeurotic system (SMAS), and subperiosteal facial lift on the upper and midface. Subperiosteal facial lift include forehead, periobital, maxillary and zygomatic region. Three key sutures locate above the ear 1.5～ 2.0 cm, anterior antilobium and mastoidea region. Results Postoperative effects were good in most cases except 2 with small local hemotoma which developed no sequelae after the treatment. Conclusion The superficial lift on the whole face indicate for the people around 35～45 years old, the subperiosteal facial lift can improve a severe nasolabial fold deformity and reduce wrinkles on periobital, maxillary and zygomatic region.
