The eutectic carbides of cast HSS are distributed into network so that cast HSS has high brittleness. By means of adjusting HSS compositions and modefying HSS in REKNa, the morphology and distribution of eutectic carbides can be improved, and then impact toughness of HSS is increased by 699%, thermal fatigue resistance is also improved. Using in high speed wire rod mill,modefying HSS guide roller doesn't adhere steel and not break up, its service life is 2～3 times longer than that of high nickel chromium cast steel and Cr12MoV forging steel guide rollers." @default.
