- W2373075462 abstract "Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province,autonomous regions occupy more than half of the province area.These resource-rich areas' ecology is extremely fragile.Recently ecological environment of Guizhou ethnic regions became a constraint to economic and social development.On the one hand,Guizhou ethnic regions should abandon some development opportunities of economy in order to take into consideration the national overall development planning,on the other hand,Guizhou ethnic regions has paid heavy ecological and resources price in the process of supporting Guizhou and other developed regions or central-eastern regions in China.Therefore,it requires that the state provide financial transfers payment to make ecological compensation in these regions.This paper tries to analyze the necessity,importance and problems of establishing and improving the ecological compensation financial transfer payment mechanism for Guizhou ethnic regions from the reality of ecological compensation financial transfer payment for Guizhou ethnic regions.Finally,it makes recommendations." @default.
