- W2373133025 abstract "OBJECTIVE To optimize the spray-drying process of Touhualiao Pengyan Granules(a kind of traditional Miao medicine).METHODS The types and the proportion of subsidiary material were optimized by a single-factor study,and the factors affecting the spray drying,which include the relative density of fluid extracts,inlet air temperature and the atomizing speed of liquid feedstock,were also optimized by an orthogonal experiment.RESULTS The optimal processing conditions were obtained and validated as follows: put the dissoluble amylum(5%) in the fluid extracts(relative density of liquid feedstock 1.10) with the inlet air temperature 230℃ and the atomizing speed of liquid feedstock 40～50 mL·min-1.CONCLUTION The process was rational,stable and the results provide experimental basis for industrial production." @default.
