- W2373138654 abstract "Objective To probe into the active situs of fetid cassia seed (semen cassiae) reducing blood lipid and research the best dose-effect relation of the active situs. Methods Using supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),systematic solvents (petroleum benzin,ethyl acetate,70%alcohol and water) and alcohol-precipitation after water-extraction to extract the fetid cassia seed;the effects of different extracts on reducing the serum levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride of the hyperlipemic models were observed,which were established through celiac injection of 75%egg-yolk emulsion;a preliminary clarification of the active situs of fetid cassia seed reducing blood lipid was also made;it's dose- effect relation was studied and assessed. Results The fetid cassia seed ethyl acetate extraction and the fetid cassia seed water extract both have obvious effect on reducing the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride;morever,the ethyl acetate extract reducing blood lipid was better than the water extract,its best dose was 0.75～1.00 g·kg-1·d-1 .Additionally, though the fetid cassia seed 70% alcohol extract and the alcohol precipitate from water extract had effect on reducing blood lipid,they both hadn′t remarkable different from the control group. Conclusion The fetid cassia seed ethyl acetate extract is the active situs of fetid cassia seed reducing blood lipid;its effective dose ranges 0.50～1.25 g·kg-1·d-1." @default.
