- W2373363294 abstract "【Objective】To compare the effects of different doses of Fentanyl on haemodynamic and auditory e-voked potential index(AAI) during induction of anesthesia.【Metheds】Thirty CHD patients(ASA Ⅱ～ⅡI) were ran-domly assigned into three groups according to different doses of Femanyl:Group I(Midazolam 0.1 mg/kg,Propofol 1.0 mg/kg,Fentartyl 3 μg/kg,Vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg);group Ⅱ(Midazolam 0.1 mg/kg,Propofol 1.0 mg/kg,Fentartyl 4 μg/kg,Vecuronium 0.1 mg/kg),group ⅡI(Midazolam 0.1 mg/kg,Propofol 1.0 mg/kg,Fentartyl 6 μg/kg,Vecuroni-um 0.1 mg/kg).The venous outcome were taken to measure the MAP,HR,AAI,before induction(T0),at 3 minutes after intubation(T1),When laryngoscopy revealed supraglottic(T2),when insert endotracheal intubation(T3).【Re-sults】 There was a significant reduetion in BP and HR in T1 and T2 compared with T0;intubation was associated with increaseing BP and HR in group I and an increaseing HR Ⅱ in T3.Compared with group I:group Ⅱ's AAI,BP were declined,HP increased in T2;patients' AAI in group ⅡI were declined,HR increased in T2;BP,HR were de-clined in T3.Group ⅡI had a significant increasing BP in T1,T2,T3 compared with group Ⅱ and declined HR in T3.【Conclusion】During induction of anesthesia on coronary heart disease patients:Have a certain degree of depth of induction of anaesthesia;May increase the dosage of Fentanyl." @default.
