- W2373363488 abstract "Objective:To determine trichloroacetic acid in urine,a method of headspace gas-chromatography with adsorption trap was established.Methods:After the trichloroacetic acid in urine decarboxylated and formed into chloroform which was collected by headspace with adsorption trap,the chloroform was determined by capillary gas chromatography with ECD.Results:There was a good linearity when the concentration of trichloroacetic acid was 1 μg/L～100 μg/L(r0.9990).The limit of detection was 1×10-3 μg/L(v=10 ml) and the RSD of standard solution 0.64%～2.30%.The proposed method was applied for analysis of urine samples and obtained the satisfactory results and the recovery was 86.5%～108.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple and sensitive.It can provide an important technical support for determination of trichloroacetic acid in urine for normal population." @default.
