- W2373485103 abstract "Objective To construct a new type of piezoelectric quartz crystal micro array immunosensor for the determination of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG). Methods The crystal was 10 MHz AT cut quartz with gold coated electrodes. The immobilization of the monoclonal antibody of hCG β onto the surfaces of the gold electrodes was accomplished via protein A. Results Experimental results showed that the piezoelectric immunosensor had good response to hCG,the frequency shifts were linearly dependent on the hCG concentration in the range of 2.5～250 mIU/ml,other hormones such as TSH,LH and FSH, did not interfere in the sensor's frequency. The analytical results from this approach were in satisfactory agreement with those of by fluorescent immunoassay ( P 0.05) with correlation coefficiency of 0.92. Conclusion Piezoelectric micro array immunosensor for determination of hCG is of high sensitivity,good specificity,simple operation,rapid analysis,low cost and real time detection etc. It is suitable for detecting hCG in serum and urine in clinical laboratory." @default.
