- W2373518265 abstract "Objective To use binomial forced-choice digit memory test(BFDMT) for detecting malingering of intellectual damage in patients with brain injure.Method The patients who had intellectual quotient test with brain injury were assessed by BFDMT.Comparing those who had IQ test with those not from a part of the subjects.Results ① The total score of BFDMT showed that the rate of malingering was 44 55%,the 28 18% by experiential judgement,16 37% increase in the rate of malingering.② There was significant difference between those who had IQ test and those not in BFDMT.③ According to the classification of WAIS,no significant difference was shown between the normal group and the patients with 35～54IQ,but there was significant difference between the normal group and the patients with 55IQ or more.Conclusion BFDMT is helpful for detecting malingering of intellectual damage.It can instructs the quizmaster proceeding the mental state appeases to those who suffered brain injury before IQ test and can increase the cooperation degree in the test." @default.
