- W2373544601 abstract "[Objective] To investigate the job burnout status of employees from supermarket chains.[Methods] 360 supermarket staff in Lianyungang was assessed by MBI-GS.[Results] ① Overall employees from supermarket chains had medium serious degree of job burnout.② Employees who were younger than 20 years old and worked for 0-1 years experienced higher emotional exhaustion and depersonalization;Unmarried supermarket staff experienced the lowest emotional exhaustion;The job burnout of salesman was significantly higher than other groups.③ Logistic regression analysis indicated that the major factors contributed to the job burnout were characteristics of job,personal understanding of job,management style,age and marriage Status.[Conclusion] Employees from supermarket chains have medium serious degree of job burnout.The characteristics of job,age,marriage Status,personal understanding of job and management style influenced the degree of job burnout.Therefore,supermarket chains and employees should use some measures to prevent or eliminate burnout phenomenon of employees from supermarket chains." @default.
