- W2373561741 abstract "The adsorption and separation of the macroporous resin for flavonoids from Ficus microcarpa L.f(FFLF) were performed.Ten types of macroporous resin were used to compare their performances in absorbing and desorbing FFLF.The optimal type for FFLF was decided.Consequently,its kinetic curve and dynamic absorbing behavior were studied.Results show that D101 resin has higher adsorption and desorption capacity.The appropriate adsorption conditions were:25 g/L,pH was 4 and the velocity of flow was 2.5 mL/min.When w(EtOH)=50% was used as eluant,the desorption capacity was 92%,D101 macroporous resin was shown better performance for adsorption and desorption.It can be used to purify and separate FFLF." @default.
