- W2373644250 abstract "The effects of exogenous enzymes on performance,nutrient metabolism and immune function in broilers were investigated in this study.A total of 288 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,6 replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each replicate(6 males and 6 females).In Group Ⅰ the broilers were fed corn-soybean based diet as control,in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,the broilers were fed with basal diet supplemented low,middle and high levels of exogenous enzymes respectively.The results showed as follows:with supplementation of exogenous enzymes,AWG of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 2.76%(P0.05),3.84%(P0.05) and 2.77%(P0.05) respectively and F/G was improved by 6.85%(P0.05),8.22%(P00.5) and 8.22%(P0.05)respectively in 0～3 weeks;F/G of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was improved by 4.64%(P0.05),6.70%(P0.05) and 8.25%(P0.05) respectively in 0～6 weeks;Supplementation of exogenous enzymes improved the indexes of immune organs,fabricius comparative weight of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 30.77%(P0.05),19.62%(P0.05) and 27.69%(P0.05) respectively on 21st day,thymus comparative weight of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 23.82%(P0.05),43.16%(P0.05) and 29.01%(P0.05) respectively on 42nd day;with supplementation of exogenous enzymes,total protein content in serum of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 11.32%(P0.05),17.58%(P0.05) and 13.19%(P0.05) respectively,and globin content in serum was increased by 14.11%(P0.05),21.86%(P0.05) and 10.54%(P0.05) respectively on 21st day.Apparent metabolic rate of energy and dietary nutrients and the content of IgG in serum also increased,but not significantly(P0.05)." @default.
